How referrals work

You submit a referral with your candidate's information.
We review each referral manually. No automated approvals.
If approved, we send you (not the candidate) a unique application link.
You share that link with your candidate to complete their application.

For professors: Faculty members are limited to 2 referrals per year to maintain program exclusivity. Industry referrers have no formal limit but should refer only candidates they genuinely believe are a strong fit.
